Prateek Agrawal

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Prateek Agrawal has done PGDM, Finance and Management from Xavier Institute of Management and Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics from NIT. He has a long and distinguished experience in Asset Management Business, Investment Banking, Advisory Services and Sell Side Research for over 30 years. Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Limited, he was associated with ASK Investment Managers Private Limited as Business Head and Chief Investment Officer wherein he has provided leadership to various departments. In his earlier role, he worked as Head of Equity with BNP Paribas Mutual Fund & BOI AXA Mutual Fund and Head of Research with SBI Capital Market. For both BOI Axa MF and BNP Paribas MF, he was part of the core start up team. His key strengths are equity money management, team building and conceptualising and establishing scalable processes that enable performance delivery with lean teams.

Raamdeo Agrawal

Raamdeo Agrawal is the Chairman of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited (MOFSL) and the driving force behind the company’s approach to investing. MOFSL is a well-diversified financial services firm offering a range of products and services in securities, commodities, investment banking, asset management and venture capital. As Chairman of Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Ltd. (MOAMC), one of the fastest growing Asset Management Company in India, Mr. Agrawal has created the “QGLP” (Quality Growth Longevity & favorable Price) Investment Process and its ‘Buy Right, Sit Tight’ investing philosophy. Mr Agrawal is also the driving force behind the MOFSL Groups highly awarded research. He has been authoring the annual Motilal Oswal Wealth Creation Study since its inception in 1996. Mr. Agrawal is an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and a member of the National Committee on Capital Markets of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He has also featured on ‘Wizards of Dalal Street on CNBC TV 18’. In 1986, he wrote the book Corporate Numbers Game, along with co-author Mr. Ram K Piparia. He has also authored the book “The Art of Wealth Creation” which compiles insights from 20 “Wealth Creation Studies” authored by him Mr. Agrawal has been awarded the Rashtriya Samman Patra by Central Board of Direct Taxes for a consistent track record of highest integrity in tax payments for a period of 5 years from FY95-FY99.

Himanshu Vyapak

Mr.Himanshu has an experience of over 22 years across Asset Management; Banking& NBFCs. Mr. Himanshu was previously associated with Reliance Nippon LifeAsset Management Limited as a Deputy CEO since Oct 2003 up to April 2019 whereinhe has been instrumental in expanding the Company’s footprints in both domestic& international territories. Mr. Himanshu has also held key positions withICICI bank and Escorts Finance across his tenure. Mr. Himanshu is a member onthe Board of studies of Prin. LN Welingkar Institute of Management Development& Research. Mr. Himanshu is recently involved with the social cause ofskilling & improving employability of marginalised sections of society forBFSI Industry through his non-profit company i.e. ID Finxperts Skilling Foundation.

Swanubhuti Jain

Ms. Swanubhuti Jain has more than 18 years of experience in diverse Fintech organisations spanning Insurance, Stock Broking, Investment Banking, Commodities & Consulting etc. creating businesses from the scratch in multi dimension organisations from Startup Ecosystem to global MNCs.

She has wide spread cross-functional experience in Business Development,Operations and Delivery Excellence with strong analytical, problem solving & leadership abilities. Ms. Jain is deft in turning around under performing business units through process improvement, cost-cutting & multilateral negotiations.

At present, Ms. Swanubhuti Jain is affiliated with JITO Incubation & Innovation Foundation (JIIF) where she is leading all business verticals of Startup ecosystem including JITO Angel Network, JITO Incubation Centre, Co-working and AIF Registration.

Rama Shankar Sanghai

Mr. R.S. Sanghai has a rich experience for more than 37 Years in the area of Auditing (Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits etc.) and in other areas like Business Advisory Services in relation to Business Restructuring, Cost cutting measures to various Business Segments, CxO Services to Logistics & Packaging Company etc. He has vivid expertise in Income Tax matters of Large industrial houses and Advisory work in relation to International Taxation matters. He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is a Qualified Practicing Chartered Accountant (CA) having brilliant Academics and has secured All India Rank in C.A. Examinations. He has also pursued proficiencies in various arena such as International Taxation, IFRS/ Ind AS, Business Valuation, MSME, International and Domestic Transfer Pricing. He is the Founder partner of M/s. R.S.Sanghai & Associates (CA Firm).

Mr Vipul Choksi is currently the Senior Partner in Shah Gupta & Co. He has a vivid expertise in the area of Assurance and Taxation Practice. He also has as rich experience of three decades in handling the audits of large corporates in Banking, Insurance, NBFCs and Mutual Funds, Housing Finance Company, Steel, Textile, Cement and Infrastructure. He was former Chairman of the Western Indian Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) and was associated with various other committees of ICAI. He was also the Former President of Chamber of Tax Consultant. Currently, he is Editor of Monthly Journal of the Chamber of Tax Consultants.
